Well here is the secret recipe which most of the gym trainer`s don`t teach you. This 30 minutes home workout will grants you the results. These 5 exercises are very easy to do at any place and requires no equipment at all. And you can do this schedule at anytime of the day. Once you started following this schedule you will have to continue it for 60 days without skipping a single day(including weekends).
This schedule was given to us by a mother of two kids and she mentioned following this schedule for 60 days will guarantee a flat stomach. So on behalf of everyone who are dreaming of having a flat stomach we are sharing this for free.

[1] High Jogging (5 Min.)
[2] Good Mornings (5 Min.)
Start slowly until your body get used to the exercise. If you have a mirror in front of you, better look front when you bend (no.2). After couple of days you may increase the speed and in between when you feel tired just try to reduce the speed again and continue doing slowly. You may do this 10 reps and 10 seconds break again 10 reps and so on.You have to do this for 5 minutes only. I couldn`t find a video relate to this exercise(sorry about that :)
[3] Leg Raises (5 Min.)
Start slowly until your body get used to the exercise. After couple of days you may increase the speed and in between when you feel tired just try to reduce the speed again and continue doing slowly. You may do this exercise 10 reps and 10 seconds break and so on. If you having difficulties raising your legs, asked someone to give a slight push(support) until you get used to do it by your own strength. You have to do this for 5 minutes only. [4] Sit ups (5 Min.)
Start slowly until your body get used to the exercise. After couple of days you may increase the speed and in between when you feel tired just try to reduce the speed again and continue doing slowly. You may do this exercise 10 reps and 10 seconds break and so on. If you find difficulty to bring your hands to the ending position(No.3), Ask someone to hold your legs tight so that it`s easy for you to bring your hands front.You have to do this for 5 minutes only. [5] Standing Oblique Twists with Bar(10 min.)
This is a very easy fun and effective exercise for your belly. After couple of days you may increase the speed and in between when you feel tired just try to reduce the speed again and continue doing slowly. You may do this exercise 30 reps and 10 seconds break and so on.You have to do this for 10 minutes only. Below video will help you to understand the exercise better.
That`s it. All it`s gonna takes only 30 minutes from your day to get you a flat stomach. You don`t have to spend money to personal trainers or going to gym everyday. You don`t have to buy expensive fat lose supplements or any equipment which grantees you a flat tummy.
And the specialty of this schedule is that you are free to eat anything you like. And do anything you want in your life. But all you have to do is continue this schedule daily. For fast results you may continue this schedule twice a daily. Morning and Evening.
